There was a recliner, a microwave, a refrigerator and WIFI in the room.

The continental breakfast was lacking.

The hotel is located very close to the University which was nice. The workers were friendly and our room was very clean.

If I have to go back to Ark, I'll stay there again. The place was cleaner and nicer than I expected. Uh oh -now, your expectations will be too high.
